Poor Service

I placed an order at Debonairs Pizza Protea Glen at 17:22 and 2 hours later I haven't heard from the store. I called the debonairs customer care line and I was advised they will send my details to the store manager. I have been waiting for the store to call me and mind you the order has been paid for. This is not the first time I'm experiencing such appalling service from Debonairs Pizza Protea Glen and when you lay a complaint, it falls on dead ears
