poor service

I ordered a combo deal on Saturday the 25 January 2020.The deal was On the double Pizza with 2 sides and a cooldrink for R239. I paid online. I tracked my order which was longer than the app showed. I got a notification the driver is on his way. The driver was in our area drove out of the area to a different one and came back to deliver. The driver took a while with the pizzas in his hand and I waited for him to hand over my food. I asked him to hand me my food then he told me that going to be a problem because I told him I forgot to add his tip. He asked me how am i going to pay if he hand over the food. So I told him I don't owe him a cent as I paid online. he then checked the slip handed me my pizzas and cooldrink and 1 side. I asked him wheres my other side. he told me that is not part of my order. I started to lose my cool and told him to open his eyes and look properly and give what I paid for. He then told me he don't have the other side and will deliver it later when he come back our area side. I still have not seen or heard from that driver. I sent debonairs complaints department an email with no response up until now. I was ****** with my money by Debonairs Zevenwacht as I paid for that side which I never got or even an apology. I phoned to the branch Saturday evening was promised to get a call back from the manager. my number was taken and no call till now I received.
