Poor service

Absolutely terrible service from Scottsville Debonairs after calling them asking for delivery we stay more then 4kms away from them they said they cannot deliver to that place,that was one issue place our order told that lady over the phone we will come fetch it after driving all the way only to find the order was not placed inconvenienced by poor and very unhelpful service we all understand that during such a time they should treasure each customer instead of chasing them away.Coming from a service based industry this is utterly unacceptable an the people that cannot do their Job i am sure there is 100s of people looking for employment.i will not deal with Scottsville branch ever again !!!
