Poor Service

The level of service from the guys from debonairs at the Mount edgecombe branch in phoenix is absolutely pathetic. Last night before 6pm we ordered their on the double special for my little cousins for supper, we were sent a confirmation sms in regards to the order being processed. We waited until 8pm and no one turns up... in between waiting we called them to follow up and as soon as we started explaining what was the problem they hung up. We called them 17 times in total and all the did was hang up again. This wasnt the first time that their service was so poor. I have lodged many complaints at store and the staff are very rude.
