Poor service

I phoned for my order around 6:30pm ,I was told the order will come after 1 hour around 20:10 delivery man arrived at my house without pizza he brought us order slip, he then returned back to fetch my real order , at 21:15 I received a call from Debonairs the lady asked me if I still want the order or what , or I can come to the shop tomorrow or I can phone them tomorrow if I still need to order......really now? My kids thought I was lying to them , my son cried his lungs out......what a poor service received.
