Poor service!

I am so disappointed about Montclair Debonairs service!!! I orded Cram-Decker at 18:15 on the App we waited until 21:30 "when a lady called and told us that what we have orded is finished can she quickly make a triple decker for us they thought we had received our order" they told me that they will be delivering our pizza at 22:15! I ended up canceling the order... I'm really disappointed with the pathetic service we received today... now we have to sleep with bread because no one cooked imagine serving your visitors bread for supper! I think you should do something about your app because this is really ridiculous!
