Poor service

I have ordered a side and cooldrink at 18h07 online.My order ***0.After more than an hour I tried calling ,but got message they were closed.I called customer care that wad not very helpfull just gave me a mobile number.This number also just says we are closed.When I tried consumer care cannot even get through.I need the food I ordered or a refund!!
