Poor service

On 4 January 2018, my family and I returned from our holiday, it was around 18:30 and we were tired and hungry and ordered pizza from debonairs raisethorpe in Pietermaritzburg. The pizza arrived while we were unpacking the car and I paid for it and rushed back to the car as it was now raining and the bags were getting wet. Once in the house, we opened the boxes to find both pizzas horribly squashed together like one big piece of dough, it wasn't cut, just squashed together. I called the branch and received no help, I tried the online service which I used to order the pizza and they were of no help, and to date I have not received a single response to my complaint, yet I paid full price for both pizzas which we couldn't even eat as it was not edible. Absolutely pathetic service.
