Poor service

On 27 December 2018 at 22:10 I tried to buy a double pizza feast. The cashier told me that the deal is unavailable because the do not have coke available. I asked to talk to the manager, Farouse. He offered to give us the deal but with a 1.5litre coke instead of a 2 litre for the same price. I told him that it is unacceptable but because I was waiting so long I opted to accept the offer. Everything went well until I tried to order my sides. No chicken wings was available. I addressed the manager again and asked why there are no signs to say that certain deals are not on offer. He was more defensive than appologetic. He said that he atarted at 4pm and the cooldrink and chicken wings was done already When I asked why he didnt try to solve the problem ( he had plenty of time) he said that he needs authorisation. I feel that an eatablishment selling food to public at such a well known tourist attraction should have higher standards. I only gave them one star because there was nothing lower I could give them. I am from Qatar on holiday in Cape Town and will never support this establishment again Nevita
