poor service

I ordered a pizza and wings last week at 9pm via my app.. I got a confirmation sms and said my pizza is being made.. I waited till 10 and still no pizza and wanted to call but princess crossing was closed.. I went to sleep hungry that night. Tonight I thought I'd give them another chance and ordered earlier at 8:30.. I got my pizza at 9:50.. After calling twice and complaining.. This now makes me wonder why I was stood up last week and also why must I wait for 80mins for food. I'm extremely disappointed cause I've been a loyal customer for two years but I've now lost my faith in debonairs.. This will be my last order and its purely due to poor service. Im not prepared to endure a third upset. Debonairs is just not what it used to be.
