POOR SERVICE

I placed an order with Debonairs Chris Hani Mall in Vosloorus via the app at 15:54, I've been waiting for my order and I called after an hour of placing the order and I was told to wait Atleast for 20 more minutes. I called again 45mins later and my order is still not delivered!! I have guests over which include 2 pregnant ladies and 4 kids. What must happen now because noone is even getting back to me!! I am way beyond ****ed at the poor service. Its disgusting because noone is even communicating with me.
