Poor Service

I placed an order at 19:27 earlier this evening and its now 21:22. No one showed up with my order.I called and the place is closed. Closes at 20:30. Why cant they say if they not coming with our food? We have to go to sleep on an empty stomach? 2 hours waiting for a pizza.
