Poor service
Hellopeter I need you're help I ordered the pizza online the pizza special of R199.90 with debonairs pizza's it has to come with a 1.5 coke zero the store called me to confirm my order then a s****** came to my house to deliver on dilevery however I send the my son to go collect the order when the driver arrives only to find out that he gave my son incomplete order and told him that there's no cold drinks and he took R210 from him and left I then call the store for a complaint they keep on telling me that I should hold for the manager. Now my pizza is cold I've to eat dry pizza without cold rink so I want debonairs pizza to fix this mess

18 Sept 2022, 00:48Till to date the problem was never solved I don't think they do see any mistake......but I need justice to be served I'll also go to human rights department about this issue cuase I can fight for my money no matter how small it is and for my rights too.

23 Sept 2022, 02:54Hellopeter debonairs pizza in Mabopane they didn't call me till to date so I think this is the way of how there treating customers.....I wish they can call so that we can fix this.
