Poor service

Placed an order at 18:27pm received a confirmation SMS ..spoke to a guy named Ricky who was the one who took my order .... called to follow up .. guess what the lady couldn't trace my order ...she confirmed a wrong address and ddnt seem to care ... called the manager He promised to refer matter to the other manager on duty who would give me a call Well he called manager Peter asking if I'm sure I didn't order at steers or fishyaways ....Wow Your service (Corlett drive) is really poor So now I should wait until 20:00pm for my order Nd guess what this is not my first time complaining about your services ... clearly you won't change This has gone to far I'm disappointed My family is hungry ????? mxm
