Poor service

This is the second time Deboinars Pizza in Alex mall mess up my order.I have ordered pizza online which was R159.99 plus delivery which was R10.00.Amount of R169.90 was debited from my account. Just after the order was confirmed I received a call from one of the driver there advising me that i need to pay another R10 because my place is a bit far.I have never paid R20 for delivery.I queationed him and he didnt provide answers cus i never paid extra R10 on my previous deliveries. And he just hanged up the phone instead of making me understand So I drove to the shop and another lady advised that for more than 3km they charge another R10 because the R10 debited in my account is for the shop.I google from Alex mall to my place and its 2.9km not 3km.I asked both driver and the lady and they failed to give answers.The driver was so rude over the phone when i asked him why do i have to pay another R10 in cash cus R10 is already debited from my accoun.I will never buy from Deboinairs pizza in Alex mall again.Their service is very poor and pathetic.
