Poor service

I bought the triple deker pizza at Carlton center the base was burnt the whole pizza was so dry with far less meat and to makes matters worse the cashier did no ask what sauce I prefer and just choose to give me what ever she like. I HAPPY TO PROVIDE PICTURES
