Poor service

Poor service from debonair selcourt. I ordered pizza for collection yesterday. Order was confirmed time was 19h50 .i came at 20h20 to collect to my suprised ordee was not ready.when i asked the reason .i was told that it was not there on the system. I was angry because i have received the sms confirming my order. Then i was told to wait for the order they are doing it. I was ****ed off thrn i demanded refund. This people doesn't understand the reasons behind ordering online .is because we don't want to quee .their service was very poor.
