POOR SERVICE

On the 28th of August at 19:34 l placed an order for two pizzas and spoke to Grace who said it will take 30 to 45 minutes. l called them after an hour and was told the driver is out and that he should call me any minute from then. l called again 30 minutes later and was told the same as before, only at 21:17 the driver called me to come downstairs as he said he had arrived. l quickly went downstairs, waited for 5 minutes but he was not there. The driver only got to my place 10 minutes after his call . The driver mentioned to me that he left the pizza with more than 10 deliveries of which mine was the last one to be delivered. l expressed to him my frustrations and he said its not up to him but up to the people in the shop. The pizzas were dry and cold l am very disappointed with the service l got form the Yeoville branch
