Poor service

I have ordered a triple decker pizza on 13/02/2022 at Debonairs in Melrose (order ***7) As per your adverts there is a free 1.5 cooldrink. I have received my order without the cooldrink. The delivery guy by the name of Prince who was so professional when I asked him about the cooldrink and I cannot blame him. Im so diappointed by their service, I always received a good service from Debornairs in Melrose but this time they disappointed me.
