Poor service

I ordered 5 medium pizzas on the 1st Jan on the Debonairs app at exactly 3PM (order #***4) ordering at Zevenwacht Mall which is 10minutes away from my house. The pizzas were delivered 2 hours later dry and extremely cold. This is after I called the call centre twice. I had visitors over who had to eat cold dry pizza which I couldn’t return coz they had already waited 2full hours. I am extremely disappointed as I wasted R300 of my money including airtime for your poor service
