Poor service

Ordered Debonairs Pizza from Mayiboye with extra double cheese, there was no extra cheese , when I told the lady that there was no extra cheese she said she acknowledged the mistake but they can't take the pizza back because there were was 4 peaces left, she said she can refund me the 40 back only.... that's unprofessional
