Poor service

Phola mall delivery is very poor. Last time I made an order and they never called, after 4 hours when I was no longer at home, they call to deliver. Very poor.

Today I made an order, the driver calls saying he is on the way. It has been 2 hours already, no word from him. When I try to call the store, the calls are transfered to call centre and as for what, I do not know. Very poor service you will receive there.
