POOR SEEVICE

Poor service at Debonairs Pizza Idutywa. I did an online order at 11:42 and indicated that I will collect at 12H15.

When I get to the store my order was not ready, they started preparing it while I am waiting on store. I am so inconvenienced as I am traveling and I have to wait for my order yet I placed it long time ago online. This is distigusting and very poor service, I never expect this with Debonairs.
