Poor Refund processes.

I placed an online order on the 20th of June at the Philip Nel outlet, the order was not delivered according to them due to my location and the safety of their drivers, fair enough I asked for a refund and was promised it will be processed. Did multiple follow up at my own cost but still no refund. Even their customer care line promises to escalate but nothing happens.
