Poor quality pizza, no meat, no extras ordered

Last night I ordered pizza Order # ***8 with extra beef and mushrooms. To my surprise it was not even a standard meaty triple decker to start with. When a client orders with extras remember we pay for the extra so why ddnt you put my extras.

I even put a note to say they must not forget to put the extras, because they always do that. I want my refund this is very annoying to complain over food, if you rob a client on their order, do you think we can't see? Because it's delivery?

My contact is +***2. This must be dealt with from the person who did this order, otherwise the culprit will not change.
