Poor quality debonairs pizza maponya mall

I ordered the chicken crammed crust pizza from Debonairs Pizza Maponya mall using the app. Order was placed at 12:51 and I requested swiping machine. The order was delivered at 14:20. I called the store to enquire what is taking so long and I was told the order is on the way. When the delivery guy finally arrived he told me the machine was offline and I need to find cash to pay for the pizza. This was a huge inconvenience as I specifically requested card machine as I knew I didn't have cash on me. When I finally for the pizza it was in a creased box, the so called quality promise was a black dot, the pizza was cold I even had to microwave it. When I opened the box I discovered the pizza tomato base sause had spilled all over one side of the pizza, the pizza was so sloppy with onion chunks that are not edible. I'm so disappointed with the quality, its a pity I have kids who were looking forward to pizza otherwise I would have returned it and took my money back :-(
