Poor product quality at Debonairs pizza

I ordered a Debonairs pizza in Commercial road, Pietermaritzburg for delivery, large triple decker, something meaty and asked them to substitute BBQ source with Debonairs source plus a side. The cost came up to R199. The pizza was extremely dry that you could not eat the base, there was hardly any meat inside it nor source. They has also forgotten to pack the drink which I don't have a problem with because we all make mistakes and the driver brought it 30min late. My only issue is the condition of the pizza, like how do you serve customers something that even you as the person preparing the food will never eat?
