Poor poor service at Debonairs Pizza Uitenhage Market street

I had to wait over an hour for a simple pizza wrap as if I'd ordered 2 large pizzas. I thought 40 minutes was the max waiting time? When enquiring from the staff what's taking so long, the gentleman just laughed and said there's only one person baking and they're not allowed to assist him, yet there were so many staff members just standing around behind the counter. The manager had a look full of attitude on her face, carrying on on the phone as if there were no patrons. The lack of accountability and care towards patrons was revolting and as a result, I will never be placing any orders there in the future.

The manager definitely needs to be put on training, as she has zero people skills and what's the use of having so many people behind the counter when they're just going to sit and look at you, doing absolutely nothing. I'm appalled to say the least.
