Poor Poor Service, and lack of trust with Debonairs Pizza

Dear Ms. /Mr. Manager I wish to express my dissatisfaction about the food not being delivered and customer service at your restaurant last night, Debonairs Sky City

I called in to the store Debonairs Sky City, ***, yesterday around 17:00 and spoke to Thabo and placed my order. My order was Large meaty Cram-Decker, with no Onions and they told me that my order will be R254 including delivery, and it will take up to 45 min for it to be delivered. I waited for my order, at 18:00 I called the store to check how far the driver is, and they advised that I must hold while they check with the driver they will call me back.

No one called me back, I called again the store at 18:30 and they told me that the driver he is on his way, I waited the driver never came, I called again at 19:10 they told me the same thing that they are checking with the driver they will call me and they like wise they never called.

I called at 19:30 to check if can collect, no one answered the phone.

We never got our food or a call stating telling us that they can’t make delivery or something, they just left us hanging there. Debonairs failed me and my family. My experience with Debonairs Sky City and Debonairs at large is that they don’t value their customers and don’t treat them with respect. They lack empathy for their customers and long wait times and Customers can't reach you Am so disgusted, with their poor service, I don’t recommend anyone to relay on Debonairs, especially the one in Sky city
