Poor poor service!

I place my order using the app 2 hours ago. After an hour I noticed on my app it says Delivered so I contacted the store and they told me they tried to call me but the could not reach me. My phone has been on the entire time, I do not have a missed call or a voicemail. They said the driver came and left because he could not find my office. Said he is a new driver not fami**** with the delivery place. I asked why he did not ask the security because I'm at a Mall they said he did not think to do that but he was coming again. That was 13:02. At 13:28 I called again, the driver was not here still and the lady acted shocked said the driver left already I should not cancel. The mall is situated 10 minutes away from their store, no way it would take 30 minutes even on busy days. This is the 2nd time. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN!!!!! BETTER THE BISHO BRANCH NOT KWT STONE TOWERS!
