Poor Pizza Quality

I had ordered pizza for my family from the Brackenhurst branch last week. To my dismay whilst eating one of the pizza's my mother bit into something hard, whether it was bone or rocks or unfrozen meat I am unsure. Following this she had then broken her tooth. I have had little success receiving an explanation for this from the Brackenhurst branch itself and I find it quite sad that such poor attention to detail is done when making pizza. Correct me if I'm wrong but no pizza should have any hard substances in it, hard enough to break teeth. Subsequently my mother has been to the dentist and had the her tooth replacement. I am disappointed in the service received and this has left me not wanting to purchase any pizza from Debonair's again. Please sort your **** out.
