poor pizza quality

Dear Debonairs Customer Service,

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from your Evaton Mall/Plaza branch. The pizza didn't have herbs, mozzarella, and mushrooms, and was instead drowned in an overly sweet sauce, making it unappetizing and inedible. Despite being very hungry, my children and I could not eat it.

Previously, the store manager dismissed my complaints, which makes this situation even more upsetting, especially since I spent my last money on this order.

I demand a full refund and request the inedible pizza be collected. Photos are attached as evidence. Please also audit the quality of pizzas from this branch, particularly for online orders.
