Poor /pathetic Service

I called their call center to place an order I spoke to Nombulelo Mutipe if I heard her correctly while placing order she had conversation with colleagues while attending to me she than with sarcasm said am I speaking to I instead of asking who am I talking to she then transferred call which I did not get through had to redial number coincidentally I got through immediately through to Guguletu Debonairs not sure if she saw my caller ID she then decided to transfer the call without talking to me and it's not the first time I'm logging a complaint against Debonairs Pizza nothing is done about it.
