Poor pathetic service again from umzinto debonair

<p>Today I order BBQ wings from debonair umzinto since I am not around in umzinto I required the order to be delivered to my home for my family. Just after placing the order I get a call from Michael the store manager stating they can't delivery the order because the driver had to go home. This is not the first incident with them on the 27th of April I order the online special two std pizza n 2 sides BBQ wings and I get a phone call from them stating that they are waiting for their stock to come because of some strike eventually they did my delivery after a few good hours. Now I need a refund of 79.80 the store called me to come pick up my refund how stupid of them ay can someone from debonair head office please refund me my money and sort the umzinto store out with their pathetic service the ref for my order is #23348</p> <p>Cent</p>
