Poor,pathetic,*********** management

<p>I placed an order at 9pm at wetton circle debonairs and was advised my order will take an hour,I then waited till 11pm and called the wetton circle debonairs and the manager Naazli advised me there was no order placed and there is nothing she can do about this situation as they are busy closing and has no trace of my order,I then told her the time I called and she told me it's going to be difficult for her to trace as there was 4 cashiers on duty last night and I know for a fact they only have 2 till points if it's not not less.I then called the following day to speak to someone else and got through to Naazli once again,she then still claimed there was no order placed and no trace of the call or my order,I then requested I send her a screenshot of the duration of my call when placing the order and she still claimed there is nothing she can do about it and it's a petty complaint,it was completely embarrassing as I had guests over and no transport.I was dealt with was completely unprofessional,********* and neveminded,I shall NOT recommend the brindel group as a whole as I was completely disgusted by their service and especially management,Naazli did not even apologize and was more rude than anything else, all she kept telling me was they closing soon and she can cant do anything about this matter,my complaint was not dealt with a and the was the worst service I've ever experienced and the most unsympathetic management</p>
