Poor online service

Hello admin i bought a pizza online at middelburg mid water Mpumalanga on the app as the telephone were not working on Saturday at 15:27 and i waited for hours and i decided to make meals i didn't wanna eat on the day i tried to call or go the app to track my order but i couldn't the order arrived at 19:41 at my gate i ve already ate and given up that my money is gone i had to take it as i ordered but i am disappointed coz i feel like i lost R140.00 on the double pizza that didn't serve the purpose
