Poor of the poorest service

What a poor service from this outlet, ordered pizza for deliver online and an hour was called by staff on the branch I ordered next to my house in protea Glen. Could not hear the guy asking for directions instead phone cut and nobody bothered to return and when calling back no answer just to know is it coming on not. What a **** service they have a a whole branch very poor as not even answering called from 15h10 till 17h30 not answering
