Poor managerial customer service

So had a minor hiccup with my order so when i called directly at the store i was put through to a manager who went by the name of Futhi Shezi thats if that was a real name, long story cut short she refused to help resolve my issue either than that she had a cheecky attitude and was absolutely rude to me. So had to end being the one resolving the issue im dissapointed with Debonairs please train your staff when it comes to customer service. Dissatisfied customer. Debonairs pizza Francois Road Durban
