Poor management skills and customer service

Am highly disappointed of staff and management of olievenhout palzza debonairs pizza,i was resused to buy my favorite meal because i walked into the restaurant with my grocery trolley,i was told that the franchise owner of orrore investment Tshepo mosepele gave a clear instruction not to serve any customer with a grocery trolley in the restaurant..the lady who choose not to declare he name told me to take my trolley outside and she will help me..at that particular time it was heavily raining..i found the act so disrespectful to us as clients of the business..we are not treated well at all
