Poor management/ old pizzas/*********** staff.

Yesterday I logged a very serious complaint via social media and email. Until this very hour I have not received any reply from Debonairs. I think it's utterly disgusted and unacceptable, as my complaint are already of a serious nature. I was only asked for a telephone number, but no call. I would like to hear from Debonairs asap.
