POOR LEADERSHIP FAMOUS BRANDS

<p>So I am visiting Mthatha then I order some pizza for supper at Debonairs Sutherlans street. I get confirmation via email at 19:38 that the store is preparing. Yet it is at 21:19 that our guard sees the delivery guy outside. Who claims that he took long because he ha to go back an fetch the soft drinks as he forgot tbem initially. The pizza is cold as ...and the black dot confirms . I ask if tbe guard had not xome out how were we gonna know about his presence 1nd why I was never informed about the delay. Due to him going back. He told me in the store he requested airtime but they refused he also said they refused to call me as he iq the one who forgot thz drinks. The ônly reason why I took tje pizza is bcoz of my son.This is disgusting...the slices are all over the show.The manage in duty Anele whom I just called better up his management s****s otherwise he is too soft for this business. He is completely clueless about what happens in his store.That is a very small store to run and especially coz of the time he was supposed to be curious about the movement of his delivery bikes and stock. He insists on offering me discount next time...Next Time???Really???Not in your store!</p>
