Poor Housekeeping Standards

To Whom It May Concern<br> <br> Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> I'm writing this report, because of a continues poor housekeeping standards I experience in your pizza place, in promenade mall. I even have some images to show if needed.<br> <br> I am a regular customer at Debonairs and live in Mitchells Plain. I found it very unprofessional to walk in any place of business and see dirty floors and ******* just laying around on the floor, especially in a place where people can sit and eat. <br> <br> I was at Debonairson Saturday afternoon ordering a pizza, as I walked in by the entrance, the floors were very dirty and the area where we wanted to sit and eat was very filthy and not pleasant to sit and eat. Some of the other customers just had to sit in the dirt and eat. I heard some customers complain about it and was not pleased with the condition of you place. <br> <br> I then just place my order and waited outside your shop for my pizza. I am not a grumpy customer or want to be funny or anything, but no one deserves to eat in a allocated area which is dirty at any given time of the day. It is not good for business. <br> <br> I'm looking forward to getting responds from the area manager only.<br> <br> Kind Regards
