Poor food standard and customer service.

I ordered pizza last week Saturday the 8th May for delivery from Debonaires pizza Southgate Mall. The pizza had a piece missing and was just not in a presentable state. I called to complain. My complaint was dealt with very poorly it's shocking. I then logged a complaint with the head office to dare no one bothering assisting me. The service I am receiving currently from Debonaires is appalling and shows that customer's are not taken seriously I still expect to hear from someone to resolve this matter.
