Poor delivery service and they don`t care about customers

I placed an order and it was accepted by the Goodwood store for delivery at 7:04pm today (24 November 2017). Now it is past 9 and the order has still not be delivered. When I call the store it is either they disengage the phone or the phone will just ring unanswered (I called for about 25 times). It looks like the staff do not want to serve customers. I have been waiting for my order for more than two hours and no one called or at least to send an sms to update me as a customer about my delivery or to explain why my delivery is taking more than two hours as opposed to the 40 minutes waiting period that we are used to. The worse part I already paid using my Credit Card, if it was cash on delivery I would have gone to another reliable restaurant and buy food
