Poor Delivery Service

<p>I placed an order for delivery on 13 June 2016 at 19:28 for delivery. After an hour of not yet receiving my food I phoned to enquire about my order and was informed the driver already left and should be at my place in 10mins. After another 20mins I phoned again and the cashier told me she would phone the driver and get back to me. After another while and not yet receiving any feedback I phoned again and was informed she can't get hold of the driver but he should be there soon. I phoned 4 times just to hear everytime the food should arrive soon. The driver arrived at my place 21:25 with my food cold. When I complained that the food was cold it was blamed on the weather and not the fact I had to wait 2 hours to receive my food.</p>
