Poor delivery promise

Guys im really disappointed with your delivery promise, on the second occasion now I had to wait for 1hour 30 minutes plus to get my food when it arrives its cold and im expected to pay cause I'm told the are many deliveries this is really unacceptable and like im saying its not the first time,
