Poor delivery Debonairs Pizza

Ordered a pizza online and paid at 15h30. Called them at 15h35, had made a mistake in the order and was trying to change it. Got thru several times and was transferred to Richards bay were there was no reply. Finally asked call center to cll them and change it for me. An hr passes, call again transferred, no answer. Asked call center to call and check, which they do and told me that orders take an hr plus and that they can not change my order telephonically. Okay can you pls hurry my order, its been an hr already. 2hrs later, call in and ask to cancel order, can not be done. 2h10 order arrives, hot and it had been changed, was really ****ed off, took it and didn't tip delivery guy who apologized profusely for the wait. If for one will never order from them again
