Poor customer service(No response)

Debonairs customer service is terrible - I logged a complaint via the Debonairs app more than 5 times now and all 5 times i was told you expect a response within 48 hours.. All these times nobody got back to me with even an apology, i am disgusted at the service i received and the fact that their customer service department is so lazy and not competent enough to respond to customers complaints
