Poor customer service from both store and Head Office

I orded pizza online for delivery directly from their. I was charged delivery and not only that, I waited for over an hour for my food which was never delivered yet they claim it was. I've been promised a Refund for over 10 days and I'm still waiting till date. Disappointed is an understatement
