Poor customer service

Good day, I was so excited placing my first order with Uber Eats. I was happy with the service until I opened the triple decor Pizza I ordered(shocking) I felt so disrespect as a customer after paying so much or is it because I got a discount from Uber Eats perhaps I did not qualify for a normal Pizza. The pizza did not look anything like a triple decor I normally order in Debonairs Maponya. It was flat and so dry, first layer had a few pieces of fine chicken that looks like mince meat with a bit of that bitter white sauce. Second layer😳only cheese no chicken, no sauce. The chicken decor I normally eat has pieces of tomatoes that replaces the sweet berries and the debonairs sauce. What we ate today was a disaster. I would never ever order my pizza online especially at Debonairs Dube. This is not how customers should be treated, why does online orders have to be different from a customer that is ordering in the store. I am not happy at all I even took pictures of the pizza to show you how unappetizing this pizza was. We had to eat it anyway because I had promised my children pizza tonight and did not have time to go to Dube hence I ordered online. We did not enjoy it at all, it was not nice at all. The company send me an sms on the 18/03/2023 saying they have received the message I sent them. I have never heard anything from them since then. Zondi Khazamula ***, ***
